Using ethnographic methods, Linh researched how applying Fair Trade standards to the production of Gac fruit - a “super fruit” indigenous to Vietnam and Thailand - in the Central Highlands of Vietnam would impact the supply chain, market price, and livelihood of the ethnic minority community in the area.
