Robert studied Oregon's emerging policy regarding physician-assisted suicide. He considered political history and state policy as well as the moral and ethical tensions of such a policy. His work led to his honors thesis.
Robert is the Deputy Secretary of State of Oregon. He received his law degree from Willamette University and served as the Secretary of the Senate for the Oregon Legislature for three years.
