An interdisciplinary project exploring indigenous/native american artists’ (of all mediums from the southwest) relationships with their work through pictures, interviews, and narratives. This project will embody the intersections between art, capitalism, culture, and tradition. I want to center native artwork in the contemporary and examine the complexities of representations and entrepreneurship within an American indigenous context. Through this project, I hope to pay homage to all the artists who raised and nourished me.
