An intrapraneureal venture with FORCE Trust, an NGO based in Delhi, India, this project expands upon the idea of Water Use Efficiency, a concept developed the previous summer by Christopher Lingelbach and Jyoti Sharma. Water Use Embedding uses the idea of water footprints, virtual water, and other similar measures to incorporate the water used in the creation of products into products’ or companies’ evaluations through market or policy-based measures to promote greater water sustainability and security. This project will continue ongoing work regarding the expansion and promotion Water Use Efficiency through the B for Water network and the organization of a conference around the same topic.
