Emma Pearlman ‘25 is from New York, New York. She is currently undecided in her concentration but has interests in tech, entrepreneurship, design, and media/filmmaking. During her time in high school, she participated in various filmmaking programs, and has a particular interest in documentary filmmaking. She also served as the digital director for Shazzy’s Lodge, a nonprofit that subsidizes housing for cancer patients receiving treatment in New York State. At Brown, Emma is involved in Women in Business and Young Entrepreneurs of Providence (YEP!), a club that runs a free entrepreneurship program for high school students in Providence. She is excited to become a Social Innovation Fellow and develop skills that will help her positively impact the Providence community!
