Project: This project aims to address the huge lack of tools, resources, and support for women experiencing Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and the more serious condition Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). The core of our “product” would be a scientifically-valid, evidence-based symptom and coping mechanism recorder. Based on the past symptom patterns, coping mechanisms used, and whether they have worked or not, an individualized toolbox would be generated, providing suggestions for the user when they encounter symptoms again. There will also be a community built among the users, online courses, webinars, and Q&A provided by physicians in addition to other potential features.
