Lucas Capovila is a Class of 2023 student at Brown, concentrating in Economics and Political Science. He believes in public policy as a tool for bettering the world, and wants to learn how to impact political change in his home country, Brazil. Lucas is motivated by finding pragmatic solutions to complicated problems. He has worked with a healthcare startup, volunteering as a teacher, and currently works as a research assistant. He is seeking work that will allow him to hone his analytical and strategic skills in the public sector, as he aspires to one day run policy operations in a governmental capacity. He is curious and loves to take on new challenges.
