On Monday evening, we invite you to join us for an evening of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and music featuring two Brown undergraduates on the violin at the Museum of Art / 20 N Main Street in Providence
The Museum of Art at RISD was founded in 1877 and is the 20th largest art museum in the United States. The Museum's collection of about 100,000 objects contains a broad range of works from around the world, including ancient Egypt, Asia, Africa, ancient Greece and Rome, Europe, and the Americas. Among the prominent international and American artists represented are Picasso, Monet, van Gogh, Manet, Paul Revere, Chanel, and Andy Warhol among many others.
The Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) is a fine arts and design college located in Providence, Rhode Island. It has consistently been ranked among the best educational institutions in the world for art and design.
