While the Kessler Scholars Program (KSP) integrates leadership development into the program curriculum, Kessler Scholars are expected to assume at least one leadership role or engage in at least one leadership activity within the broader campus community per academic year. Scholars may fulfill this requirement by demonstrating leadership in a student group, identity center, campus event, High Impact Practice, etc., and articulating this experience in a short narrative due at the end of the academic year.
