We are currently developing the 3rd and 4th year experience of the program and plan to incorporate feedback and experiences from current scholars. Scholars can expect a lighter time commitment and low-touch advising and programming focused on the following themes:

• Reflecting on growth throughout college experience
• Utilization of co-curricular and career supportive services
• Stepping into leadership positions on and off campus
• Building and solidifying relationships and long-term mentors
• Connections with faculty
• Connections with the Brown and Kessler alumni networks
• Support with capstone project(s)
• Support with post-graduate planning (finding a job, transitioning to graduate school, taking a gap year, etc)
