5th year BME master's student Lisa Okazaki ScB'21 ScM'22, has practiced Japanese traditional flower arrangement, Ikebana, since she was 9 years old. She is the third generation in her family to practice the ancient art form. Lisa has spent the better part of 4.5 years in our engineering buildings, and she offered to give the 3rd floor kitchen a live floral display, symbolizing the beauty of components of the natural world working in harmony.
