Housing for Brown faculty and staff is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a term of either 6 or 12 months. The portfolio of units, all located on College Hill, consists of both 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Apartments are fully furnished; however, a request for an unfurnished unit will be considered. Rental rates for the 2025/2026 year range from $2,000 to $2,800 per month with all utilities included (internet is not included). 

Please submit the Faculty/Staff Housing form to request housing. You will be contacted to discuss availability.  A $500 security deposit is required upon acceptance of the rental unit. 

The Off-Campus Partners website is an additional resource for those searching for rentals in the Rhode Island area. These rentals are offered by private landlords (not Brown-affiliated).
