Housing for Brown faculty and staff is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental terms are a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year (with the possibility of a 1-year renewal).  The portfolio of units, all located on College Hill, consists of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. Studio apartments are fully furnished; 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are unfurnished.

Animals:  No pets are allowed and keeping any is a violation of this Agreement, with the exception of service animals or emotional support animals, which are permitted in residential housing in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act. For Brown employees, emotional support animals must first be registered with University Human Resources (UHR). Emotional support animals should not be brought into the Premises prior to approval by UHR. Faculty/staff with registered service animals and/or emotional support animals are responsible for complying with all applicable Brown associated policies and shall be responsible for paying for any damage to the Premises caused by the animal.

Rental rates for the 2025/2026 year range from $2,000 to $2,800 per month with all utilities included (internet is not included).
