For Both One and Two-Bedroom Apartments

This property features both one and two-bedroom apartments with a living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom. Kitchen amenities include a 30" electric range and full-sized refrigerator. Coin-operated washers and dryers (shared with grad students of 2 nearby buildings) are located in the basement of this property. Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one twin bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser.  Parking spaces, if available,  are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month. 

Services such as cable TV and internet service are not included in the cost of the living unit. These services can be contracted through local providers.

Occupancy for the two-bedroom apartments is restricted to no more than two (2) occupants.
