One Bedroom (within 4-bedroom apartment)

This 4-bedroom unit features a living room, an eat-in kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Utilities such as heat, hot water, and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate. Occupants must contract for private provider services such as cable TV and internet. Coin-operated washers and dryers (shared with grad students of 2 nearby buildings) are located in the basement of this property. Parking spaces, if available,  are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month. 

Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: twin bed (mattress and frame), desk, desk chair, and bureau.
