First-floor apartment with eat-in kitchen, common living room, one bathroom, and three (3) bedrooms. Utilities such as heat, hot water, and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate. Occupants must contract for private provider services such as cable TV and internet. A coin-operated washer/dryer is located in the basement of this property. Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month.

Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: twin bed (mattress and frame), desk, desk chair, and dresser.
