This 2nd-floor unit features a common room, kitchen with 30" electric stove and full-sized refrigerator, and 2 bathrooms. Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser per bedroom.

Services such as cable TV and internet service are not included in the rental cost. These services can be contracted through local providers. Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month. 

Occupancy is restricted to no more than three (3) occupants.
