This 2-story building features two 3-bedroom graduate housing units. Each features a common room, eat-in kitchen, and full bathroom (1 on first floor; 2 on 2nd floor). Laundry facilities are located on the property. Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser per bedroom.

Services such as cable TV and internet service are not included in the cost of the living unit. These services can be contracted through local providers. Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month. 

Occupancy is restricted to no more than three (3) occupants.
