Kitchen amenities include an under-the-counter refrigerator and a 20" gas range. All utilities are included except for the cost of telephone. Tenants must contract for this service with a local provider. Brown ethernet service is included. A coin-operated washer/dryer is located in the basement of this property.

Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one twin bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and bureau.
