Rentals available for Brown University Graduate and Medical students only.

Priority to lease beds at River House will be given to incoming, first-year Graduate and Medical students. First-year Graduate and Medical students who are on the waiting list will be contacted on a first come, first served basis. The first come, first served basis is in the order that inquiries were received. If you are already on the waiting list, there is no need to contact the River House leasing office again.
