This 2-bedroom unit is located on the top floor (3rd) of the building. Features galley kitchen, common room, and full bathroom. Kitchen amenities include a 30" electric range and full sized refrigerator. Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser per bedroom.

Services such as cable TV and internet service are not included in the cost of the living unit. These services can be contracted through local providers. Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month.

Occupancy is restricted to no more than two (2) occupants per unit.
