Features one common room with a galley kitchen and a separate bathroom with tub/shower. Occupancy is restricted to one (1) person per unit. Kitchen amenities include an under-the-counter refrigerator and a 20" gas range. Utilities such as heat, hot water, internet, and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate. 

Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one twin bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser. Laundry facilities for tenants of this building are located at 20 Olive Street.
