Small bedroom and small extra room (could be used as office) and full bathroom. Occupancy is restricted to one (1) person. Utilities such as heat, hot water, and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate. Occupants must contract for private provider services such as telephone, cable TV, and internet. A coin-operated washer/dryer is located in the basement of this property. 

Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: twin bed (mattress and frame), desk, desk chair, and bureau.
