Call for presenters: Second Undergraduate Research Colloquium on East Asia

Call for presenters: Second Undergraduate Research Colloquium on East Asia

If you’re working on (or recently completed) a paper or research project that focuses on culture, history, politics or society in East Asia, and are interested in sharing your work with fellow students in an informal setting,  the Undergraduate Research Colloquium on East Asia invites you to apply for an opportunity to present at one of our upcoming events.  The Colloquium plans to host a series of forums this spring for students to share the results of their research or introduce works-in-progress, and invite comments and suggestions from peers.

We’ll provide the space, a moderator,  refreshments for attendees, and will help get the word out to potential audience members.

To apply for an opportunity to present at one of the Colloquium’s upcoming events, please complete the brief form you’ll find here.  The deadline for the first call is noon on Friday, March 1.  Please contact [email protected] with any questions you might have.

More information on the event will also be available on the EAS DUG Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/events/2133732583339602/

The  Undergraduate Research Colloquium on East Asia is supported by the Department of East Asian Studies.
