When someone has been sexually assaulted, chances are that they will turn to a friend for help. You are an important person to the survivor; this is why the survivor shared this experience with you. Knowing how to respond will be very helpful in your friend's recovery. This page offers guidance on how to best support your friend.

University to Reopen Underground Tunnel Network

University officials announced today that the network of underground tunnels under the University's college hill campus will be opened to the public next spring. Due to paralyzing winters in Rhode Island and a grim forecast from leading environmental scientists, it was decided that campus infrastructure would be more resilient with an indoor conduit that traverses campus, and as luck would have it, it's already there.

Bringing the Science Library to a New Level

The Science Library located at the corner of Thayer and Waterman Streets is visible from all around the East Side of Providence and is one of the more distinctive buildings on Brown's campus. Known for its concrete façade and being host to large scale Tetris, few know that the building really 3" shorter than originally intended.
