• It's been an amazing semester! We bid Rose a grateful adieu as she moves onto new opportunities beyond Brown Dining. We'll keep you posted on the status of the classes.
• Look for an announcement on the listserv the week before a class. You can then RSVP to get into the class.

Sign up for a class! We will send out an email announcing each class to all those on the listserv. We will accept people on a first-respond-first-serve basis so try to reply to our emails as quickly as possible!

Whether you love to cook, want to learn, or just want to try something new, Cooking with Rose is an awesome opportunity to experience new flavors and people!

The class is led by Chef Rose Forrest, production manager at Brown Dining, and we meet on Sundays from 3-7pm. You can come to every class or just one class all year. There is no long term commitment. For students on meal plan the cost is simply a meal swipe ($10 for those not on meal plan) – and that’s a pretty good deal for a gourmet meal! We’ll be making foods from all over the world.
