As part of its activities, the office maintains the current Faculty Rules & Regulations, provides support and advice to faculty committees, oversees elections for committee positions, and preserves a record of actions taken at faculty meetings.

The Faculty Governance website includes the current Faculty Rules & Regulations, current committee membership lists, committee charges, the schedule for upcoming faculty meetings, an archive of minutes from faculty and committee meetings, as well as an archive of motions passed by the faculty and the Faculty Bulletin.
