Meditation and Mental Health

In this drop-in group at CAPS, we’ll practice mindfulness meditation with a focus each week on the basic principles which contribute to mental well-being. You’re welcome to attend each meeting or drop-in when your schedule allows. Groups will be led by Bita Shooshani held at Counseling and Psychological Services, JWW 512.
