  • Exploring Health Careers Workshop
    Tuesday, September 26 | 6:30-7:30pm | Zoom 

    Planning on a healthcare career? Have you considered all the possibilities? Although doctor and nurse are probably the careers most people think of when they think about a career in medicine, in fact the field is incredibly diverse with many career options.. This workshop will go over some of these different medical careers and how to pursue them. Topics will include dentistry, veterinary medicine, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, pharmacy, optometry, podiatry and more. Come learn about which healthcare career may best suit your passions and dreams.

Applicant Seminars and Workshops

Throughout each academic year, the Health Careers Advising team will offer a series of Applicant Seminars designed to give students and alumni interested in applying to health professions schools detailed guidance about the application process, timing, and strategy.

Attendance at the Applicant Seminars is strongly recommended before you begin your application process. If you are a re-applicant or if you have attended the Applicant Seminars in a previous year without applying, attending again will be helpful to refresh your memory and learn about changes to the process since your first application.
