The workshop offers participants the opportunity to speak with two postdoctoral fellows, Dr. Gabreella Friday and Dr. D’Ondre Swails, who have recently navigated the job market. Participants will leave with a practical toolkit for successfully navigating the academic job market while highlighting their research centered on race, ethnicity, or indigeneity.
