Sharon Lee

STAR T32 POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW

Biography

Sharon Lee is a STAR T32 postdoctoral fellow at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where she also completed her clinical psychology internship.  Sharon received her PhD in Clinical Psychology with emphases in Quantitative Research Methods and Health Psychology from the University of Connecticut.  During her doctoral studies, Sharon received a NHLBI-funded F31 to study associations between PTSD symptoms and cardiovascular reactivity using a stress response paradigm.  Sharon’s research interests center on biobehavioral mechanisms linking trauma and PTSD with adverse physical health outcomes, with a focus on cardiovascular disease.  Sharon earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Southern California, MA in Psychology from Columbia University, and MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
