Classics graduate student, Erika Valdivieso, will be giving a presentation at the John Carter Brown Library entitled, “Guadalupe (MS. 1594, BNM): Text, Context, and the Virgilian Tradition.”

On Saturday, October 6, 2018, as part of the annual meeting of the Classical Association of the Atlantic States, Prof. Sasha-Mae Eccleston will be presiding over a workshop in her capacity as Co-President of Eos Africana, a scholarly society dedicated to Africana receptions of Ancient Greece and Rome.
