To cancel your registration if you are unable to attend, visit www.eventbrite.com and log in with the email address used to register for the program. Create a password and click “My Tickets.” Click the title of the appropriate event and select “Cancel Order.”

Restorative Yoga

Need a break from your busy day? Take 45 minutes to restore and refresh with Yoga Instructor Jessie Dwiggins. You'll be introduced to breathing patterns, gentle stretches, and meditation techniques that will leave you feeling energized and relaxed. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear athletic attire.
