Analysis Pipelines

To assist members of our community, we have created analysis pipelines that will guide you through analysis of various types of MRI data. At this time, the following pipelines are provided:

• Resting State fMRI (RS-fMRI)
• Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI)
• Multi-Voxel Pattern Analysis (MVPA)

Each pipeline only provides one example method of analysis. However, there are many techniques or analysis programs that may be better suited to the design of your study. Thus, we have done our best to provide links to additional resources within each pipeline that may be useful in your endeavors.
