We are committed to upholding the highest standards of animal welfare. Please help us by doing your part to report noncompliance, adverse events, and animal welfare concerns. All event reports are taken seriously and reviewed by the IACUC and other enforcement agencies as appropriate. For more information on reportable events, please review the Policy on Prompt Reporting and the IACUC Event Reporting Guidance document.

Animal Research Related Events: Submit an event report form by email to [email protected] as soon as possible after the incident. You must also report the event immediately to the Attending Veterinarian in CARE.
