The Brown Leadership Institute offers professional development to mid- and senior-level administrative leaders. With an overarching goal of equipping leaders with the essential skills to lead small and large teams based on emerging workforce trends, the program tenets align with the University's mission and values as well as our commitment to creating and supporting a more diverse and inclusive community. Now in its inaugural year, the program consists of the following components:
- Five, individual coaching sessions focused on key personal and professional development goals.
- A pre-program 360° assessment and other assessments offered throughout the program.
- Five, two-day workshops spaced over six to eight week intervals to allow for the implementation and practice of new or enhanced skills.
