PROVIDENCE, R.I. [Brown University] – Professor of Sociology Leah VanWey has been named Brown's associate provost for academic space, effective January 1, 2017. VanWey concluded her term as the associate director of the PSTC in July. In her new role, she will serve as a liaison between faculty and Facilities Management and support Brown's academic mission through the planning and management of space and facilities projects.
