Social Inequalities

Inequalities in health, wealth, and access to education continue around the globe. Our researchers are addressing the intersections of race, class, gender, disability, and sexuality and their effects on access to social benefits, jobs, schools, health care, and other resources, identifying patterns of discrimination and prejudice in policies and practices, describing systems that produce power, privilege, and disadvantage, and working to diminish disparities and increase health and well-being for all.
