Raquel Badillo Salas
Predoctoral Trainee in Economics
Raquel's research interests are Labor Economics and Development. She is interested in the determinants of wage and well-being inequality such as unionization, minimum wage policies, discrimination and changes in demand of skills. She is currently working on a project about the impact of union democracy on workers’ compensations and distribution of wages. In the past, Raquel studied gender discrimination in demand of workers, and minimum wage impacts on poverty and inflation.
