Predoctoral Trainee in Sociology

Zachk’s research interests are inequality, public opinion, family and social demography. His current academic focus is how political-economic institutions like “tizhi" shape the stratification process in China. He is also interested in the transformation of traditional attitudes and ideologies in East Asian societies.
