Space and Functional Usage Survey - FY2018

The Department of Facilities Management together with the Controller’s Office is conducting a Space Function Usage Survey.  The information gathered in this survey forms the basis for the allocation of space related costs, and is typically audited by the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) following submission of the proposal to the Federal government for the University’s Facilities & Administrative Cost Rate. This survey is designed to capture critical information regarding departmental space utilized for the conduct of external sponsored research and other sponsored activities.
