The new 94,000 sf building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and built by Shawmut Design and Construction, with landscape designed by Todd Rader + Amy Crews. The project provides a 10,000 sf fitness loft, 3 exercise/dance studios, a cafe/lobby, approximately 10,000 sf of lockers, support, and administration space. In addition, a 12,000 sf Strength and Conditioning facility for varsity athletes and a 56 meter pool designed to be one of the fastest in the Ivy League. As part of the project, the Ittleson Quadrangle was created and is the heart of the athletics complex. The project also provides a new bus drop–off location for Meehan and Pizzitola, along with renovations to the entries of the existing athletic facilities (OMAC, Meehan, and Pizzitola). In addition, the project features a large array of solar panels.

The project achieved a LEED Gold rating from the USGBC.
