Led by Dr. Stacy Kastner, the Associate Director of the Writing Center and Writing Support Programs, this workshop will focus on literature reviews, specifically on unpacking the rhetorical and epistemological dimensions of the literature review as a method of scholarly socialization for graduate students. Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of how to be strategic about selecting sources for their literature reviews and with a draft of a literature review matrix to support their “synthesis of the scholarly conversation.” Registration is required.
