Frank has over 10 years of experience in key administrative and leadership roles that are student-focused and social justice oriented. Frank holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a master of social work from Boston College. Frank transitioned to the Sheridan Center from the Brown Center for Students of Color (BCSC) where he served as the assistant director. During his time at the BCSC Frank designed programs, provided holistic support for students, assisted in the development of assessment tools and learning outcomes, and created a space that was equitable and inclusive of undergraduate and graduate students of color. Frank came to Brown from the University of Missouri-Kansas City as the Bloch School Senior Student Recruitment Specialist, where he guided students through their academic journeys, from course registration to academic appeals. His work also extended to recruitment and retention, with a special focus on first generation and low-income college students. Prior to this role, Frank was the Associate Director at the University of Pennsylvania Greenfield Intercultural Center where he developed, implemented, and evaluated the center's programs and priorities. While at Penn, Frank also provided leadership and mentorship to different student organizations and individual students. Frank is passionate about creating a foundation of support and care for students throughout their time on campus.
